My partner did a catering job the other weekend. This job was offered by the guy who deals the hemp products. So he created a lot of salads using them.

Another salmon salad. The dark greenish sauce sauce in the bowl was hemp oil dressing. Every and all sorts of ingredients stood out but created an amazing harmony together. This time the surface of the sliced salmon was toasted by the burner. How fancy was that! The salad also included tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, asparagus, and scrambled egg pieces.

We ate this meal with rice. Tomatoes and lemon juice were great sour refreshers to the rich taste of salmon and mussels. Raw mung beans played a nice crunchiness in our mouth.

Awesome combination.

This salad features fresh salmon as well as crunchy salmon skin crackles. It also contains avocado, tomato’s, pumpkin, beetroot, lettuce, mung beans, poached eggs etc with delicious homemade dressing.
